Here are some pics from Sunday of the tailgating antics. Probably one of the best tailgates I have ever been to. A relentless verbal and vegetable barrage on the hapless Raider contingent nearby capped by some brilliant rugby/soccer songs such as:

Are you Cleveland in disguise etc.

That was an excellent tailgate. We need these guys to come over at least once a season. The British know how to intimidate the opposition without being assholes.

Though some of the Raiders fans didn't take kindly to the celery, I got pelted by a piece of pineapple once. Fruit?

Yesterday was a hell of a day - the UK lads represented brilliantly. It was nice walking around with the boys, draped in Brit/English flags - the response from other fans was very good and most of the Raiders fans took the ribbing in the good nature intended. That guy complaining about celery was a pussy.

I think the most impressive thing was how all the American Ravens fans embraced the songs and sang along - the Raiders fans didn't know what hit them.

Well, they did - celery.

The Cleveland in disguise has me laughing to myself today. I tried to explain to people what was going but they just looked at me like I was nuts.

That Raider fan who was annoyed was over complaining to us...had his back turned to his own group...when 'POP' he got hit in the back with a chunk of celery...he then says "Like now, I just got hit with something!" Greg then tells him, "dude, it was only celery, and your own guys just threw it, it wasn't us":rolling:

I would just like to say a huge huge thank you to one and all of our hosts, just got back from Heathrow about half an hour ago, UKRaven is on the road back home.

That was the single most awesome weekend of my life and the tailgate was just awesome, great atmosphere, great defensive performance, great folks to meet up with, great food (especially Greg's ribs!) just a great day, hopefully Fells Point has recovered as he seemed a bit worse for wear yesterday/today (well monday night kinda dissapeared).

This is just an initial thanks to all, will post much more tonight and tomorrow when I've got my head around missing monday night/tuesday morning! See you all next year hopefully/definately for more Lot J and UKRaven tailgating.

It was great hanging with the Brits. I walked around with them and received lots of free shots and beer. People kept asking me if I really came from the UK to watch the game. I just told them yeah, my grea,t great.....great grandfather came over in 1620 just to see the Ravens :)

I went over to converse with the Raiders fans after "Pussy Man" came over complaining about the celery. None of them even liked this guy. They told us that he almost got all of their asses kicked in Philly last year for the same type of behavior.

My face is just recovering from the sun burn and the liver from all the alcohol. Can't wait until next game!!!
