Ravens NOT going to London in 2010

:nerd: Officailly announced yesterday that there will be NO second Wembley (London) game in 2010. We are in no doubt that the Ravens were involved in the negotiations to some extent. Equally most of us (UKR's) are glad not to be hosting. :thumbup:

It does mean that plans are underway for another UKR's trip to a game to Baltimore in 2010 :ww:

:uk: :ire: :haggis It will give us a chance to teach more people the :069: Steeler Family Song :069: and, of course, throw some fine :celery Celery:celery at away fans.

I'm pretty happy too actually. Gives us an extra home game to target for our trip over this year.

Next year, hopefully, we'll see the Ravens over here.

Next season, start planning it soon after the schedule is released and try to spend a few extra days in the area. Perhaps we can work out a board-wide activity on the Saturday before the game, in addition to your visiting our tailgate lot. How about a crabfeast, Hon?

Yep - we are planning a WAGS (Wives & Girlfriends) trip this time around so extra socials would be great. I intend (will have to) to do more tourist stuff and bit less:beer: :laugh:

We are also up for Crabcakes / Oysters / Wings & will have to take the ladies to the Cheesecake Factory :grbac:
