Sam Koch #3 punter in the NFL behind #1 Shane Lechler and #2 Brad Maynard of the Bears.
former Raven Dave Zastudil is #5..
The article said the Ravens were smart to sign Koch to an extension in the off-season, that's not right is it? I think he just signed his one year tender offer so far?

another :thumbup: to the front office for finding talent. I'm guessing a lot of other teams either ignore punters all together, or put them on the back burner as they spend all their time trying to fix the 8 or 10 other positions they can't fill.
best stockpiling of all time? in my humble opinion; mid 90s Packers had Brett Favre, Mark Brunell and Ty Detmer. Kurt Warner was invited to camp and cut.
I believe he got some playing time with the Rams a few years later...

If Unitas has started that game, even with a beat to shit arm, we would have won. I don't blame Shula for starting Morall but I do think he should have taken him out sooner. Ancient history, I know, but I couldn't resist. That loss stung like no other...
