Another one in the list that did virtually nothing once he left here.
His pick in the Superbowl sealed the deal for us in that game.
When he took it back to the house I knrew the game was over.

I thought he retired like three or four years ago...

Yeah that's why I thought he retired. I thought NE cut him or something and then he just retired. I had no idea he was on a roster...
I guess in '07 and '08 he might not have been?

I don't know exactly where he was last year, if anywhere, but I know that after he left New England he landed on a couple of teams, the Raiders being the most recent. But like PP said, he may as well have been retired, because I don't recall him having an impact anywhere after he left the Ravens.
I'm guessing Bart Scott will break this streak of defensive players who leave Baltimore and flame out (Baxter, Hartwell, Starks, etc.).

Highly doubtful.

I always remember Starks as giving me my first 'chill' watching football. When he took it to the house that was it...

A few years ago I talked to someone who had worked at the Ravens facility. She said Starks (and fellow short Raven Jermaine Lewis) was a real class act.
If I still had my private smileys, I'd give him a toast. Sooner or later I'll have to go find that one again. For now I'll settle for a :patriot:.
Take care, Duane.
