I mean, what all of those threads and posts by those who say he is lazy, doesnt work out unless he is about to sign a contract, etc?

I think this is yet another nail in the coffin for those who think Ray is any of the above.

Its not exactly photoshop, but there is more than meets the eye here. The picture is a stock photo that was taken late in last season, not a current photo from the offseason workout.

None of that changes the fact that Ray is in town, hitting the weights with the team. And the quotes in the article are awesome. :thumbup:
The season can't start soon enough.

Who questioned Ray's work ethic?

I mean, seriously. Just because you didn't mind his handling of the FA situation and some of us did, nothing good comes from hyperbole.

I am (and I think I speak for R52) not speaking to the recent spat with his PR gaffe. I think we all agree he needed to handle that better.

But there are a few dedicated posters here who DO question his work ethic. THOSE posters were my target.

I could be cynical and go back and dig up old posts questioning Ray's dedication to the team, but there's no need for me to call out names. It's over and Ray will retire a Raven. A fact that I've never doubted. :rocking:

Anyway it's always good to see Ray in that ravens uniform ready to battle for another championship. Gives me the chills.

That thing is as phony as a 3 dollar bill.

I will give you a hint,there is something in the picture that is different between Ray and the other players,try to figure it out.

Actually it's pretty easy for anyone to see it's been doctored. Save the picture to your computer, then open it with Paint. Go into View/Zoom/Custom, and select 800%. Scroll down to Ray's arms, on both arms you can see a pixel or so wide white line that borders his arms. I spotted this in the original, it's very obvious at 800% and is part of whatever background the photo was clipped from. That border is visible other parts of his body but most noticeable on his arms. That border is not there on other players' bodies...

Passing off counterfeits as the real McCoy is f*ed up. It has nothing to do with Ray. It has to do with respecting the people you're showing the picture to. Not saying it was you, you grabbed it somewhere else, but it's f*ed up.

Plus picking apart a photoshopped picture is much more interesting than yet *another* thread about Ray Lewis.

Dude that pic came from the Raven's official website, I don't think its effed up for someone to assume that photos from the team's site are legit.

Me neither. I'd like to assume real-looking photos from the team's website, or newspapers or wherever, are real. But it turns out I can't.
