Heap hasn't been himself all year. I'm convinced he must have been playing injured or something, because we rarely saw him go down field this year. This is stark contrast to how we usually see Heap. You can't tell me they just abandoned jump balls to heap because McNair was QB. Redman threw a better deep ball than McNair and the play was still a staple.

Something just didn't seem "right" with Heap this year. Dropped more passes than usual, didn't seem to be as open as far down field as usual...wouldn't shock me if something came out and he had surgery next week or something...I know he was on the injury report as "questionable" every week with an ankle injury usually.

Who knows.

He's numbers pretty much look like last years. He made from great ctahces this year. The one yesterday was unbelievable. I'd like to see Syp get more reps.

Many of the passes to Todd has NOT been on the money. Heap has had to dive for the passes. Would like to see how he would have done of the passes to him were right on.

He looks fine to me. We had a good receiving corps this year; they would have looked a lot better with a strong armed accurate qb, but those are hard to come by apparently.
