Watching this is making me fucking sick!!!

Dropped balls, muffed kickoffs, shitty tackling, crappy pass coverage, QBs dropping balls.

Oh and one more thing...

Vince Wilfork can sit the fuck down and let Ngata take his rightful place in the probowl.

Patriots ain't that good. Cassel's danger awareness sensor must be fucked due to the rain.

Jets are losing right now which is potentially good for us.

Guess if you need something done properly, you have to do it yourself. Hopefully we can take care of the Steelers in our house two weeks from now.

The Pats look like shit & as FPR says, we will have to TCB ourselves. Guess we have to root for the Cowgirls next week so when we beat the Squeelers the following week we will have a 1 game lead!!!

Well the Ravens still control their destiny right now. We just need to win out and play football. One game at a time and all wins and we will be fine!!!!

Lets PROTECT OUT HOUSE !!!!!

Being lazy here - what is the tie-breaker situation with Pit. assun
ming we beat them & we both win out. I could be wrong - but I think they have us on Conference record ????

Please tell me I am wrong? (please)

They host Dallas, come to us, and go to the Titans and host the Browns.

Dallas has to beat them 'cos I don't think the Titans will care too much by then.

We have lost only 1 conference game... to the squealerz.
No, if we beat them , our conference record will be the same... 5-1

Pit lost to the Eagles, Giants and Colts, (I'll add-in us)
We have lost the the Giants Colts Titans and Pit.

(Unless they lose to the Browns) there is no way we can get a better tie-break conference record (tie-break criteria 4) than them as the Titans game counts over the Eagles.

I am not sure on the win-loss again 'common opponents' but we seem to have lost to pretty similar teams.

Assuming we win all our remaining games Pit has to lose 2 of there four to be 1 game behind us and give us the Division.

The uncommon opponents are for them:
The Patriots and the Charges
For us:
The Dolphins and the Raiders.

Right now their wins over the Chargers and Patriots beat ours over the Dolphins and Raiders, but the difference isn't as great as one would have thought a month ago. It is quite possible if Oakland wins this Thursday they could end up catching the Chargers and the Dolphins are right on the heels of the Patriots who may not recover from that loss. But the Patriots do have an easy schedule the rest of the way.

All other opponents are equal. We should end up tied in head-to-head and division.

Here are the tie-breaker rules: (Red are where we are even)
Two Clubs
Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
Strength of victory.
Strength of schedule.
Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
Best net points in common games.
Best net points in all games.
Best net touchdowns in all games.
Coin toss

We needed the Patriots to beat them. That leaves the Clowns and Titans.

The strength of victory is to take the combined winning percentage of the teams beaten. I think we lose this one.

We need to beat them and get help. We also need to win out. Tall order.

We just win out and let the chips fall where they may. I can see Pitt losing to Dallas or Tennessee. That would give us the division by one game.

The good thing for us is that Pit. play Dallas when they are still interested in their Division. As I said, I'm not convinced the Titans will do us any favours - as they may too far ahead at the moment they play Pit.

Like you said - We just need to keep winning .
