trolling thru a bengals fan forum I saw a poll on whom they'd prefer to win the AFCN. 45 of 50 responders voted for the Ravens. Sample comment; "I hate the Ravens but nowhere near as much as I hate the Stealers."
several admitted hoping the Bengals would lose Sunday so the Ravens could get another win, and Cinci gets a higher draft pick.
thank u for ur support Bengalis!

That is pathetic even for Bungle fans. Can't wait to hear them boo the whole team in the first quarter.

I have faith in our Ravens, however games on the road against teams that have nothing to play for but pride are scarry. We need this win tomorrow, but the Bungals need any win and it might be a hard game. If we are strong on D and good on O we should win this easy. And that is the problem. Easy is never easy in the NFL.
Gooooooo Ravens.

I just hope our guys come to really play. Can't ioverlook anyone. That said, barring weather, I am expecting 3 TDs for Flacco.

Yea IMO this is one of the scariest games left, there is nothing worse than playing a team with nothing to lose......Please just win baby

Indeed. I do not want any love from them. I want the Ravens to grind their cleats into their collective throats. Their momma's can love them when they are weeping over their horrific train-wreck of a season.

I don't know. It must be very, very hard to be a Bengals fan. The Bungles aren't even loveable losers like the Lions; they are just flat out pathetic.
I'm inclined to cut their long-suffering fans some slack. :2c:

Gotta give props to the few Begals fans that hung with it to the end yesterday. Any fan of a team having the type of season the Bengals are having that would stay out in that weather watching their team get destroyed is a true fan and has my respect.

Long-suffering? You have a short memory don't you? You don't remember their obnoxious fans from 2004-2006? "The glory years" where they had one winning season. You'd think they were the greatest team ever with all the "Who Dey" chest thumping. Carson Palmer, Ocho Stinko, TJ and Rudi Johnson were the most unstoppable offense on earth and Marvin "Black Jesus" Lewis was a genius who was the "real brains" behind our Super Bowl win. I remember their "long suffering fans" taunting and Who Dey-ing after the epic 4th quarter meltdown at home in 2004.
Their fans are dicks. They get a little taste of success and you'd think they were a dynasty. I like them being the Bungles better - it keeps that moronic fan base in check.

Part of me still has a soft spot for the smaller market teams, and I can include Cincy in that.
We know what it was like to have a team, lose a team, and what getting a team can do for the community as a whole, so part of me roots for the little guys, like GB over CHi or Jax over Miami ... and I don't feel great for KC/StL but find that record wouldn't bother me at all if it were Philly or NY. So no kicks toward Cincy from me (as long as they are not our current opponent).

Ok, now that was just wrong. Funny as heck, yes, but still very wrong.
