Willis' throwback was also behind Flacco and took way too long. Recipe for disaster. Had Flacco been able to get it where he was positioned and been able to step up that could have been a TD.

I like that playcall actually, at some point Flacco has to try and blow the top off that Cleveland pass D. The problem was the execution was very slow and you could see it coming all the way.

The pressure only just got there then. For an O-line that's supposedly not playing well they are doing a decent job of slowing down the blitz, and the playcalling is getting the ball out quickly to help nullify it.

Jim Leonhard is having a day, not surprised, played very well in a starting role for the Bills last year when Ko Simpson was injured in the first half of last year's opener against the Broncos.

And that is some serious bleeding from McGahee's right eye. That's the sort of injury you get from a gouge which is just a filthy dirty play if that's the case.

1. Defense and ST...that is the road to success this season, and that is what is working for us in all gears.

2. I don't care what the stat sheet says...Joe Flacco is our QB, now, tomorrow, and for the future. The way he runs the offense and composes himself...I'm sorry Troy Smith, you ain't got nothing on Joe Flacco. He might make some mistakes, but if he can run the offense this well, let him stay out there...the mistakes will slowly fade away.
