Wow... Talk about sour grapes. Did Len Pasquerelli have plastic surgery to hide out as Mike Preston or something?

What an ass...

What a disgrace. As always, the voice of the hater fan.

Billick had 4 OCs counting himself. He had 3 DCs. How is that such massive turn over.

There wasn't much substance to any of the interviews, certainly no earth-shattering news. I liked it when Billick said owner Steve Bisciotti never told him why he was fired. Did he really have to?
Not even close to what Billick has said. Billick understands why he was fired, he doesn't understand why it was done after he was told he would be back. What wasn't explained was the decision change.

Preston sucks, why did I even read this shit. I usually am smart enough to avoid his tripe.

I responded to his blog, I will be shocked if he approves it.

Read this the other day. It's funny most of the comments seem to be bashing Preston for what is obviously a sour grapes blog.

Very childish and typical for him. I wonder how long before he starts bashing Harbs and coming up with cute little nicknames for him? I guess after the first loss?

That blog is disgraceful.

It really is.

It's time for a Preston ban on this forum. He just wants to stay relevant and since he has no real writing or reporting skills he stoops to the level of the Enquire.

Glad I read this thread before I read Preston's dribble.

If anyone watches The Wire, they are doing an interesting sub plot about the decline of the old media, using The Sun as the example. They need to devote an episode simply to Preston and his "talent". They'd have half the problem solved right there.

And people Billick needs to be the smartest guy in the room??? Preston makes Billick look like humble pie.

This only goes to show what kind of person Preston is, never mind his so called talent as a writer. The dude is like Phil Jackman without a brain.

I am making a proclamation ....

Hence forth, Preston must be called "the P word" by anyone on these boards who decides to mention him.

Deal?

Even though he has articles in the paper Prestons whole style is typical of a blog so kudos to the suns for isolating Preston and categorizing some of his opinions as someone who just writes a blog.

Most of His takes are entertaining and sometimes amusing. Its all in fun and something to pass time while reading about the Ravens

What I find interesting is how some literally hate him. It's really fasinating. Ultimately though If you get frustrated about somebody writing about the ravens you may need some professional help.....HELLO!!!!! he's just talking about a football team. Chill the F out people

More BS from Preston. Sounds a little sour he didn't get an interview. And when did people stop coming to games? The staduim was packed every Sunday with expection to week 17. Even then the stands were decently full.

Yeah, I was lonely, all by myself...home alone..... with 70,000 other fans! The P brain is shrinking... amazingly! Didn't think he could be any more small-minded! WRONG!

I was amazed to read Ordine's column as well, wondering why Billick wouldn't talk to the Sun. You can't be that dense?
Just read the on and see why.
Harbaugh should watch his back.

I've said it before Preston lost credibility in my eyes years ago. He makes his "analysis" personal and it continues even after he helped bury the man in Baltimore.

(There wasn't much substance to any of the interviews, certainly no earth-shattering news. I liked it when Billick said owner Steve Bisciotti never told him why he was fired. Did he really have to?

Yes, he did. If I'm Billick and I have a 3 year extension in place and it had been agreed that I was still in and then I'm not, a simple reason would suffice. I have media friends too and no one saw this coming. No one.

Billick was fired because he lost to a quarterback named Cleo Lemon. He was fired because the offense was inept. He was fired because the Ravens couldn't score touchdowns. He was fired because he was changing offensive coordinators like Hillary Clinton changes moods in the presidential election race. He was fired because fans stopped coming to games and his locker room was in disarray. He was fired because he no longer could connect with his players, and he won only five games and had a losing record with a team that was expected to be one of the league's elite.)

If he was fired because he lost one game I feel sorry for Harbaugh.
He got fired for changing OC's and going 13-3?
Since when was M&T NOT sold out?
A few prima donna complain because things don't go right and that's the locker room.

Sorry Mike, it falls flat. "There wasn't much substance to any of the interviews, certainly no earth-shattering news."
Sounds like your column.
Hearsay, rumor, and poor comedy. Get lost please.

That's a great sugestion. I'm not renewing ny subscription to Sporting News because P word is the Ravens beat writer for them. ( And yes P word is just as negative and unprofessional there as he is at the Setting Sun).
