Just a quick thought. As we go along the ride to see who'll be the 3rd coach in Ravens history, just as important is who will fill the role of offensive and defensive coordinator ??? Should Rex get the HC position I think it would be good to see him hire M.Martz/Rob Ryan as coordinators. We (as Ravens fans ) have been dying for the day of a consistent offense while still having a quality defense. This combination allows in my opinion the best of both worlds. Who would like to see fill these two slots.????

No Martz...Martz is famous for running a wide open offense, relying on lots of passing. We are built to be a run first team and I think we should stick to that. We should blend a little more, but I don't want Martz in here.
DC - If we can swing getting Rex back, I'll jump on that in a heartbeat, but I also think unless we get someone in here for the short term and promise Rex the HC gig in 2-3 years, it might be time for him to move on. He wants and deserves a HC gig.
If not Rex, then I'm going Mike Singletary or Donnie Henderson. Both have logged time as defensive assistants here and their units were great under them. Singletary will likely turn us down and keep looking for HC gigs, Donnie had some trouble in Detroit and New York, but I think he'd be good here.
OC - Cam Cameron is obviously the top choice out there, but I think he either goes where Marty goes, or looks for somewhere he can be HC in a year or two. Mike Tice and Mike Sheppard are more realistic ideas that I'd like.

I can see your reasoning for not wanting Martz. My thought was with the type of recievers we have I think would fit well. We have no real deep threat but alot of guys who can get open , especially in a 3-4 receiver set. True its defintely need to keep it balanced in terms of running the ball. Most teams in the league have to just to keep defenses honest. ... Cameron would be a good selection but I see him going elsewhere. Singletary stays on the west coast until his numbered is called... Henderson is a good selection something to consider. .........

Mike Martz has signed with the 49ers, so he is out.

that works with me...except I feel somewhat sorry for SF, they have worse receivers than we do...honestly, they have Arnaz Battle, and that's about it (I drafted DJackson for fantasy team, he is dead to me now)
