Talk smack on defense, don't show up!
Pro Bowl players looking pedestrian!!!
Number 1 defense getting smoked!!!
Most accurate kicker blows!!!!
Veteran team falls apart!!!!
Injury added to insult (Heap, Wilcox, Rolle, Ogden, etc.)
Steelers continue to get lucky!
Anyone feel like the 2001 season is reoccurring?

Mcnair is done. I hate to say it, but we might be better w/ Boller. By the way, don't blame Billick when his qb can't throw the ball acurately furthet than 7 yards.

Injuries always kill a season. We've had a bunch so far.

Our team (mainly our defensive players) really needs to shut the phuck up and just go play football. They wonder why we don't get any respect. It's because they make complete asses out of themselves.

Another reason why the gamble of taking a QB in the first round of 2003 draft was a bad decision is that we had give up derek anderson, the worst part is we had him on our team for a mere 6th round pick. Now he's got a chip on his shoulder and lighting up the score board against us and other teams in the NFL. This Boller Draft continues to blow up in our face. It has to be one of the single worst move this organization has ever made, it has led to a gazillion bad moves and hardships towards this organization, including the acquisition of Mcnair.
All I'm going to say is this Boller better be ready when his number is called.

LOL at CrazyRaven.
Sorry dude, but damn, not everything is Bollers fault.
While drafting him may have been a mistake, not sitting him and bringing in a decent vet to learn behind was much bigger.
THAT is where they screwed up big time.
Once again, not Bollers fault.
By all accounts so far this year, Boller clearly has looked like he has benefited from sitting behind McNair last year and watching.
One can only speculate what that type of thing would have done for him in year one rather then throwing him to the wolves.
ANOTHER Billick screw up.
I suppose some of that could be put on Ozzie as well.
I personally would like to see how that education and experience of Boller behind Mcnair plays out on the field for an entire game.
I'd hardly call what Derik Anderson has done thus far lighting it up.
He had a field day against Cincy who can't really stop anybody other then our geriatric QB, and had two nice plays against our over zealous defense.
I highly doubt that if Derik Anderson was all that that Charlie Frye would have won the starting job and Cleveland would have drafted Quinn.
Might as well blame the Iraq situation on Boller while were at it.:grbac:

The fanatic is right. This is not Billick's fault or Boller's fault, well maybe Billicks fault for letting Mcnair play. The man is not healthy and has not been healthy since 1998!!!! He can't even step into a throw. The best thing we can hope for is that Billick starts to play boller, let Mcnair get healthy and then play it from there. If we start Mcnair next week in San fran we are in for the same ugly game we watched today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spoken like a true boller hugger, fanatic.
If we weren't the number one defense then today's effort would seem like no big deal but lets face it DA made our boys look stupid on more than one occasions. 27 points is alot of points to for any defense to allow.
Like I said at the end of my post when Boller's number is called the payoff for all this hardship better be substancial. We have endure enough, at least I have because of that move.
I don't blame the Iraq war on boller nor this game. However if this guy had worked out or if we had just went and got a FA in 2003 we would not be feeling the ripple effects from it. The Man is on the bench with an ear peice in his ear. He is hardly helping and quite honestly, its annoying.
You want to rave about his recent success, i wont stop you. But he better do better than what we've been seeing this year from Mcnair. He is younger and stronger yadda yadda yadda yadda than mcnair fine. Go produce and stop driving me crazy

Well excuse the fuck out of Ozzie for missing on a first round draft pick every five years or so.

He's annoying for wearing an earpiece? :grbac:

That is a very valid point. I'm not saying Boller is a better QB than Mcnair, I just think that while Mcnair is hurt (again) he is a better option for us to win

That pick was extremely risky. It caused us to sit out the following season.

you bet your ass it is. This MFer should be starting and doing all the things that everyone of these huggers have said he could do. People are up in arms about giving a way a mere 4th pick for Mcnair but everyone is forgetting that the reason we got him is because we have a 1st round bust who is now posing as a supposed top 5 backup, fuck that. Go play and win some games for us, then you get the love.
its time for him get in there. I'm tired of this nonsense

Crazy has a real good point. Boller does have a chance to go down as one of the biggest busts ever. He was an early first round pick that has done nothing for us so far. i hope he plays and plays well, I think he is a better option right now for us, but if these past couple games were nothing more than an aberation we are truly screwed

Today's loss, and the Ravens meltdown over the previous two weeks, has had nothing to do with Boller. This team's mindset is not focused on giving 200%, much like other teams I've observed this season, including the Steelers. Rather, there is a certain cavalier attitude about their approach to the game. Maybe, the team's leaders need to move on to the next phase of their life, and bring in new blood, which may just happen at the end of the year, because honestly this team just does not have it anymore! What this team needs is a GOOD KICK IN THE ASS!

Boller Hugger??
Hardly!!
I personally didn't like the pick when we made it, and hated it even more when he was thrown to the wolves by our head coach.
I consider myself a "Raven Hugger", and want what I think is best for the team to win NOW.
Clearly Mcnair is hurt and cannot play up to standards needed to succeed.
Even a chimpanzee with minimal NFL football knowledge should be able to see what we are all seeing right now and come to that conclusion.
Apparently there are still some folks out there watching these games and Mcnair hobble around, throw pics, over throw and under throw receivers and basically be ineffective that still can't come to the conclusion that he ain't cutting it right now.
Right now, Boller is the healthier of the two and at least can walk up to the line of scrimmage without a gimp tipping off to the defense that he's hurt and can't perform all the dutys that are needed from his position.
There isn't a defense out there right now that fears Mcnair throwing that ball down field for a big gain because they know he can't.
Boller may not be accurate with that throw, but defenses have to respect that he has the ability to do it.
Call me a Boller Hugger if you want, but I'm at least educated enough to know that our current starting QB isn't playing well enough to be where we want to be.
Most teams tend to sit an injured player when their ineffectiveness is or could be contributing to their lack of success.
Particurally when they have a possible viable option on the bench.
Might have to bring some bananas to the next tailgate.

Who wants mcnair still out there? This team is not effective with Mcnair. Its been 4 games and he has been a absoulte crap. Itst ime for boller to come off the bench and lead this team. Enough with the earpiece and the cheerleading.
Its time to step up and prove to everybody what he has learned. if not then he is just a bust and a waste of all of our time and energy
BTW dont forget to pack yourself a bananna or two as well.

You're damn right it's time!!
Unfortunately I don't think our head coach believes it's time yet.
I doubt very seriously we would have given Boller an extension if we thought he was a complete bust and waste of time.
BTW,
I eat a banana almost every day.
I also choose to peal them first though. ;)

One more thing...
If in fact Boller does play, and accidently cuts a fart or something from time to time, hopefully the fan base will excuse him on occasion.

The Boller Haters will be out in droves after Boller's first miscue.;) Wait 'til he trips over his feet. It won't matter whwether or not we win games.

Well we've seen that already from Boller, we're looking to see the new and improved kyle. But I guess you're Kinda of thinking some of the Boller critics will bash Boller the same way you bashed Mcnair after every win on a 13-3 campaign. Hardly. Those are your qualities not others.
Give me a win and Im happy.

The two are barely related. The Clowns drafted Quinn this year, they gave away a shit load to get him, so what did THEY think of him. Anderson has not looked good all year, he didn't look so great last week against Oakland.
AAMOF, as a Boller hater who rails on about road record, take a look at Anderson's stats on the road.

Please the moment the Browns picked him off we we're all worried that this day would be upon us. Well we have realized the situation, and quite frankly...it sucks.
You guys can all sugar coat it as much as you want but this ass whooping is caused directly from our investment in that stamming, ear piece wearing, I dont give a shit I wanna be a backup qb Kyle Boller. F, That! You hug him.
